Duties and Responsibilities


Supervise academic department staff, ensuring effective distribution of tasks and monitoring performance.


  1. Address academic issues and challenges related to the University Presidency, providing appropriate solutions.
  2. Attend University Council and academic committee sessions, prepare agenda items, and ensure implementation of approved academic decisions.
  3. Draft, issue, disseminate, and archive official correspondence and academic decisions from the University Presidency to relevant faculties, departments, and entities.
  4. Coordinate the schedules and appointments of the University Presidency for academic meetings and events.
  5. Train staff and faculty on new academic processes, systems, and responsibilities.
  6. Prepare and submit periodic academic reports to the University Presidency, highlighting departmental progress, challenges, and initiatives.
