Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise academic department staff, ensuring effective distribution of tasks and monitoring performance.
- Address academic issues and challenges related to the University Presidency, providing appropriate solutions.
- Attend University Council and academic committee sessions, prepare agenda items, and ensure implementation of approved academic decisions.
- Draft, issue, disseminate, and archive official correspondence and academic decisions from the University Presidency to relevant faculties, departments, and entities.
- Coordinate the schedules and appointments of the University Presidency for academic meetings and events.
- Train staff and faculty on new academic processes, systems, and responsibilities.
- Prepare and submit periodic academic reports to the University Presidency, highlighting departmental progress, challenges, and initiatives.
