Duties & responsibilities

  • Administrative supervision on the administrative employees of the Department including the distribution of work & its follow-up
  • Following up with the cases & problems concerning the office of the Rector & finding their suitable solutions.
  • Attending the sessions of the University Council, phrasing its special axes & following up with what is agreed upon.
  • Phrasing, writing, circulating &archiving the correspondence & decisions of the University Presidency for the concerned authorities.
  • Coordinating the appointments of the University Presidency.
  • Training the employees & making them acquainted with the new works.
  • Submitting periodical reports to the University Presidency about work-related issues.
