Duties & responsibilities
- Administrative supervision on the administrative employees of the Department including the distribution of work & its follow-up
- Following up with the cases & problems concerning the office of the Rector & finding their suitable solutions.
- Attending the sessions of the University Council, phrasing its special axes & following up with what is agreed upon.
- Phrasing, writing, circulating &archiving the correspondence & decisions of the University Presidency for the concerned authorities.
- Coordinating the appointments of the University Presidency.
- Training the employees & making them acquainted with the new works.
- Submitting periodical reports to the University Presidency about work-related issues.
